About
Rooted in London, Surrey, and Dorset, my practice is built on the belief that we all have the capacity to re-author our stories.
Drawing on my experience as a Clinical Lead and my work in the supervision and training of other counsellors and psychotherapists, I bring a broad clinical perspective to our work together. I offer a space to untie the internal knots that prevent you from living a grounded, authentic life.
Through my work in both private and public healthcare, I have gained extensive experience drawing upon a combination of research, theory, and practice to enable you to make changes and improve your quality of life.
In my earlier search for answers, I spent a considerable time in Southeast Asia researching the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for health and wellbeing. These insights, coupled with my subsequent psychotherapy education, allow me to integrate both modern and ancient approaches into my practice.
My experience as Clinical Lead for a global health organisation, where I oversee over 60 counsellors and psychotherapists, directly informs my supervisory practice and gives me a broad understanding of the challenges practitioners face in diverse settings.
I also work for a large mental health organisation, facilitating the development of over 200 trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists. I provide supervision to both students and qualified professionals, ensuring a high standard of clinical care across the field.
