About
My practice is built on the belief that we all have the capacity to re-author our stories.
Drawing on my experience as a Clinical Lead and my work in the supervision and training of other counsellors and psychotherapists, I bring a broad clinical perspective to our work together, offering a space to untie the internal knots that prevent you from living a grounded, authentic life.
Through my work in both private and public healthcare, I have gained extensive experience drawing on a combination of research, theory, and practice to support meaningful, lasting change.
In my earlier search for answers, I spent considerable time in Southeast Asia researching the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for health and wellbeing. These insights, coupled with my subsequent psychotherapy education, allow me to integrate both modern and ancient approaches, bringing genuine curiosity to how each person's unique experience shapes who they are and who they might become.
My experience as Clinical Lead for a global health organisation, where I oversee a large team of counsellors and psychotherapists, directly informs my supervisory practice and gives me a broad understanding of the challenges practitioners face across diverse settings.
I also work for a large mental health organisation, facilitating the development of trainee counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists, providing supervision to both students and qualified professionals, and maintaining a high standard of clinical care across the field.
