How it works
It is totally normal to feel anxious or nervous when thinking about therapy.
Our initial 30-minute Zoom chat is at no cost. This is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, any concerns you have, or the changes you are looking to make. I will navigate this conversation with you as we begin to untangle these experiences, while you see how it feels to talk with me and ask any questions about my approach.
If you feel comfortable and would like to continue working together, all subsequent sessions are 50 minutes. We will work at a pace that feels right for you; the number of sessions is guided by your specific requirements.
By focusing on our therapeutic relationship, we will work to identify and understand the aspects of your life that may be impacting your wellbeing, empowering you to untie unhelpful patterns and make the changes you are looking for.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
