Supervision

With an BACP Accredited Clinical Supervision qualification rooted in an inclusive and anti-oppressive framework, my supervision aims to honour the diverse experiences of both supervisees and their clients.

As a supervisor, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for trainees, counsellors and psychotherapists to explore their practice, deepen their understanding, and cultivate their professional identity.

I believe that effective supervision is a journey of shared inquiry and growth, where we can reflect on the nuances of your client work, ethical considerations, and the impact of systemic inequalities. Our sessions will provide a confidential environment to explore challenges, celebrate successes, and develop strategies that align with your unique style and values.

My approach is relational and integrative, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives. We will explore the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship, paying attention to transference and countertransference, while also considering the broader societal contexts that shape our work. I am committed to fostering a supervisory relationship that empowers you to work ethically, effectively, and with a deep sense of self-awareness, ensuring your practice remains attuned to the complexities of human experience.
