Hi, I’m Dan

Life doesn’t always go the way we hoped and can leave you feeling lost, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I offer a calm, confidential space to untangle these experiences and find a way forward. I work with adults and teenagers in-person, and nationally online.

As an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, I create an environment where you can think aloud freely, allowing us to identify and work through whatever is affecting your wellbeing.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, processing past events, or seeking a more meaningful connection with yourself, I'm here to guide the process. I work from a culturally responsive perspective, bringing genuine curiosity to how identity, background, and lived experience shape who we are - approached not as a specialism bolted on, but as central to how I understand each person's experience.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we identify the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, connecting them to your life experiences to understand how the past may be shaping your present. Rather than trying to erase the past, we work to change your relationship to it, empowering you to re-author your story and build the resilience needed for a more grounded future.

Ultimately, therapy can help you construct a more coherent understanding of yourself and your place in the world, leading to greater emotional wellbeing and more fulfilling relationships.
